SSC does not ask you to upload a photograph any more — the application module takes it while you are filling the form.
What the notice asks you to do when the camera comes on:
Find a place with good light and a plain background
Put the camera at eye level before you take it
Sit directly in front of the camera and look straight ahead
Keep your face fully inside the area marked by the camera — neither too close nor too far
So there is nothing to resize for the SSC photo. The sizer below stays here as a general-purpose tool — plenty of other forms still want a 200×230 px file.
