Everyday paperwork in India still runs through queues and other people's computers. Resizing a photo for an exam form, unlocking an eAadhaar PDF, making rent receipts for HRA — for millions of people, each of these means a trip to a cyber café and handing your most personal documents to a stranger's machine, where copies can linger long after you've left.
ToolGalli exists to replace that trip. Every tool here runs entirely inside your own browser — your Aadhaar, PAN, marksheets, bank statements and photos are processed on your device and never uploaded anywhere. Not to us, not to anyone. It's the cyber café in your pocket, except nothing leaves your hands.
Our vision
To become the trusted, private way India handles its documents — where anyone can finish their paperwork without handing their data to a stranger's computer, and every professional who works with clients' documents does it in minutes, not hours.
Two beliefs shape everything we build: privacy should be a fact of how the tool works, not a promise on a page — which is why your files never leave your device; and the information we give you should be something you can check, not something you take on trust — which is why every rule, size and date is verified against its official source, and traceable back to it.
And one line we will never cross: we will never make money from your data.
Who we are
ToolGalli is built and maintained by a small independent team in India. We are not a big company, we have no investors to please, and we are not in the data business. We build the tools we wished existed when our own forms got rejected for a 3 KB size difference.
What we stand for
- Your files stay yours. Processing happens in your browser. We never see, store or transmit your documents — this is an architectural fact, not a policy promise, and you can verify it yourself.
- Free means free. No sign-up, no watermarks, no "premium unlock" tricks on the basics. Here's how we sustain it.
- Accuracy over confidence. Exam specs, tax values and visa lists carry "verified on" dates, are checked against official sources, and are monitored for changes. When something varies by state or year, we say so instead of pretending certainty.
- Transparency you can check. We hold no files, no name, no IP and no fingerprint — see exactly what we do and don't collect, and prove it yourself.
What ToolGalli is not
ToolGalli is an independent utility site. We are not affiliated with UIDAI, the Income Tax Department, any government body, exam board or bank. Our guides are general information, not legal advice — always confirm requirements on the official portal before you apply. And always download official documents (eAadhaar, PAN, admit cards) only from official sources.
