RPSC does not ask you to upload a photograph — the KYC step takes it live, after a 5-second timer.
What the notice asks you to do when the camera comes on:
After the 5-second timer, sit still and look straight into the camera — if your eyes close, take it again
Spectacles are allowed, as long as glare does not make the image unclear
Use a well-lit, plain background — blurred or dark photos are not accepted
Once the photo is accepted an OTP is sent, and you get no further chance after final submission
