Filed from India, there is one route: an Authorised Visa Agent appointed by the Singapore mission. ICA does not accept visa applications at immigration counters, and you cannot walk into the consulate and apply yourself.
ICA does have an online service, and it is not open to you from India unless someone in Singapore files for you — it runs through a Local Contact or Strategic Partner holding a Singpass or Corppass account. Generic advice to apply online is written for that person, not for you.
ICA advises applying within 30 days before arrival. The agent channel treats it as a hard limit: your application will be accepted earlier but held, and submitted only once your travel date is inside 30 days.

Filing, and what it costs
₹3,634 per person, non-refundable: ₹2,100 visa fee, ₹1,300 agent fee, and 18% GST on the agent fee. The agent fee is set by the Singapore consulate and an Authorised Visa Agent may not charge above it. Travel websites quoting more are adding their own margin and then filing through the same agents. A short video call is mandatory. The agent office calls on the consulate's behalf, usually within a day or two of submission, and it lasts two or three minutes: each applicant appears on camera, shows their passport and confirms their name. After the decision
The visa issued in the filing behind this page was valid two years, multiple entry, and agents advise applying for multiple entry. (seen on one filing, 2026-08)
A two-year visa is not permission to stay two years. ICA states the period of stay is not tied to the validity of your visa — how long you may stay is decided by the Visit Pass issued at the checkpoint when you arrive, emailed to you, with no stamp in your passport since 11 March 2022.

Step 5 of 5
Before you fly
After the visa, before you fly: the SG Arrival Card with its health declaration must be submitted within three days before arrival, counting the day you arrive — arriving on the 30th, you can submit from the 28th. It is free, and ICA states plainly that it is not a visa — sites charging for it are selling you nothing.

Singapore visa — where do I apply?
Not at the consulate, and not online from India. A Singapore visa filed from India goes through an Authorised Visa Agent appointed by the Singapore mission: ICA does not accept visa applications at immigration counters, and the online service it advertises runs through a Local Contact in Singapore rather than through you. The list of authorised agents for your city is published by the mission — agent fees are set by the consulate and cannot be exceeded.
