One checklist that adapts to your destination
Every country asks for a different mix — the US wants your DS-160 confirmation and fee receipt, Schengen insists on travel insurance, Japan wants a day-by-day schedule, Vietnam is a simple e-visa, and the UAE usually runs through your airline or agent. Pick the country above and the slots change to what that application commonly needs. Upload each document, get a ✓ or a clear reason it's wrong, and build a merged PDF (with a checklist cover page), a ZIP, or a printed set. Everything runs in your browser — your passport, statements and photos are never uploaded.
One honest note: visa rules change with country, visa type and consulate. These are the commonly-requested sets (checked Jun 2026) with a link to the official source on each — always confirm the official checklist before submitting.
How it works
- Pick your destination — the document list adapts; your uploads stay when you switch.
- Upload each document into its slot. Need the photo? Passport Photo Ready makes one to spec.
- Build one PDF or a ZIP, print everything (photos excluded), or print a blank checklist first.
Frequently asked questions
Which countries are covered?
UAE, USA, UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, South Korea and Egypt — plus a general set for anywhere else. Each has its own page too, linked above.
Can I print my documents?
Yes — each document individually, or the whole set as one PDF. Photos are excluded from printing (they're for uploads).
A PDF was skipped when building.
Password-protected PDFs (like some bank statements) are no longer skipped — the pack asks for the password while it builds. A file is only skipped if the password was not given.
Is it private?
Yes — every check, merge, ZIP and print happens in your browser and is never uploaded.
